Pink Pearl Apples 
Concord Grapes 
Roxbury Russet Apples (for sauces)

Calville Blanc d’Hiver Apple (try in a tart)

I've had a Calvill Bland d'Hiver apple once. There impossible to find in town, so they've become a sort of holy grail of apples to me. Just messing around with the one I had i sauteed it in butter with brown sugar and put it on jasmine rice (probably not the best way you could do it).

It was amazing. Texture, tartness, flavor. I'm not a huge cooked apple/fruit fan, but those are amazing.
