Creme Brulee
This is my first time attempting to make the iconic dessert that is creme brulee. I have to admit I'm a complete novice, I think I've had creme brulee maybe twice in my life, but those two times I really did like it. I think I was afraid to make it because I didn't have a blowtorch, I really had no idea you could make it using your oven. And so, this is what I did. It was tasty, crazy decadent but pretty damn good.

i think you're photos are just lovely, and this looks pretty yum!
Looks delicious. I have yet to try and make this dessert!
Looks great! You may have inspired me to make this... I was always afraid of the blow torch before!
I've always wanted to make this! Looks perfect!
hmmm... in the oven huh? I've always wanted to make it and have had 'blow torch' on my cooking wish list for some time now. Perhaps I don't need it!?
I've always been hesitant to make creme brulee as well. I had no idea you could just use your oven either! Looks great!
Yum, the caramelized sugar on top looks SO thick and delicious. Who needs a blowtorch when your oven can make something that looks that tasty?
delicious !!!
I use a blow torch almost everyday at work :) so this shouldn't be too much of a problem although something like a rag might get burned :(
